How to order a suppressor (aka silencer) or gun from Major Malfunction's Munitions, class 3 III NFA dealer in Oklahoma City

In-state customers please phone in your order to get the ball rolling on NFA items. Once I have your information and payment, we'll get the paperwork knocked out and sent off to the ATF. When the approved Form 4 comes back from the ATF you can take delivery of your silencer!

Out-of-state customers please phone in your order (we'll need your contact info, CC info & your receiving Class III dealer's name and phone number). We'll submit a Form 3 to the ATF to get your silencer transferred to your local Class 3 (takes 2-3 weeks for the ATF to approve). Once the approved Form 3 comes back in the mail we'll ship your can out via Fedex next-day delivery and you'll get an E-mail with the Fedex tracking number.
